LIONEL OTC-1 LOCKON CONTACTOR The LIONEL OTC-1 LOCKON CONTACTOR has two control rails for O27 track. This special lockon uses track power aided by a control button (not included) connected across the lockons two terminals. To use for O gauge track, the two special wire-like brass push clips can be inserted to raise the height of the rails.
