This LIONEL 18464 TRACK BALLAST TAMPER is a self-propelled unit that cruises at normal speed to a trouble spot on your line. A track actuator triggers the unit slowing its speed while the six tampers pop up and down. A second track actuator halts the tamping action and restores the car to normal speed. It also features: a Durable painted body, Die-cast Frame, Engineer figures, Operating tampers, Two track actuators, Pullmor Motor and a Postwar Celebration Series plaque.
