This LIONEL 18636 BALTIMORE AND OHIO 4-6-2 STEAM LOCOMOTIVE AND TENDER is a recreation of the Baltimore and Ohio Class P-7 "President Washington" 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive. It has the Dark Green paint scheme with the Gold Lettering the railroads often referred to as "Dulux Gold". The smokebox is painted a light gray to simulate the graphite the railroads rubbed over the hot steel of the smokebox.

It also features: Die cast metal body, Powerful AC motor that runs on AC or DC current, Magne-Traction, Operating smokestack puffs smoke synchronized to the rotation of the drivers, Operating headlight, Metal chassis, handrails, drivers, wheels and axles, Transformer controlled forward-neutral-reverse operation.

The Tender features: Operating steam whistle, Metal chassis, Die cast metal trucks and operating knuckle coupler.
