The Lionel #21950 SD-70 Maersk Maxi-Stack Train Set features Maersk, a multi-national corporation founded in 1904, located in Copenhagen, is a world leader in shipping, oil and gas production, aviation and shipbuilding. The Santa Fe Railroad, whose unit trains hauled Maxi-Stack wells filled with Maersk containers, collaborated with Maersk to paint a diesel locomotive in Maersk colors for a one-day publicity photo shoot. That event inspired Lionel's impressive Maersk set.
