Toy Train Factory Outlet Payment Policy

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks. 

PERSONAL CHECKS: Personal Checks require 10 Business Days to be cleared before the order is shipped.  The 10 Business Days time-frame begins the day the check is received.  Once the check is cleared the order will be shipped.  If the check is returned a $15.00 Service Fee will be charged.

MONEY ORDERS/CASHIER'S CHECKS: The order will be shipped on the day that the Money Order or Cashier's Check is received.  If either payment method is received on a Saturday the order will be shipped the following Monday with the exception of Holidays.

In order to ensure your order is processed and shipped correctly, please be careful when entering your billing information.  We will send an email to the provided email address to confirm your order for security reasons.  This is done to better protect our customers. 

Orders over $999.99 will only ship to the billing address listed on file with your credit card or check issuer or PayPal account.  Orders placed with Alternate Shipping Addresses are subject to cancellation. Prior to placing such an order, please ensure that your address matches your credit card or check issuer or PayPal account, especially if you have recently changed residences.  Incorrect addresses require manual procedures and will delay the shipment of your order up to 10 additional business days.  If you feel you have placed an order and the address needs to be changed to match your credit card or check issuer or PayPal account records, please email us at toytrainfactory@hotmail.com with the subject heading "ADDRESS CORRECTION FOR ORDER NUMBER ... " in the subject field.  Do not forget to include your order number!
