We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies and contact us at toytrainfactory@hotmail.com within 14 days of the receipt of your merchandise.  We will gladly fix it!  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable after 14 days from the date the product was delivered.

Please thoroughly research each item prior to placing your order.  All sales are final.  If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, plus you will be charged a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.  

Defective Policy:

We provide our customers with "Same Item Defective Exchange" within 14 days of the receipt of your merchandise, if the item is in stock.  There are no refunds.  Every product we sell, for the exception of Postwar, is New.  Any defects or problems should be handled straight through the manufacturer.  Warranty information can be found within the literature or owner's manual included with the product.  If your order is defective, beyond our 14-Day Defective Exchange Policy, please refer to the manufacturer for warranty support.
