International Customers:

We will be happy to ship to international customers.  Please email us at toytrainfactory@hotmail.com for shipping charges.

We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses!

Shipping Policy:

When an order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the Tracking Number.

We do not offer warehouse pick up.  There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania.  Orders shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to a 6% sales tax.

UPS and US Postal Service:

This is the standard shipping methods we use for most items.  UPS Ground and US Postal takes from 1-5 business days depending on what part of the country your merchandise is being shipped to.  That is time in transit from when we physically ship out your item from our facility and assumes there are no natural disasters, catastophes or error on the carrier's part.  Please check processing times for any items you order from us.

UPS Ground is not available to HI, AK or PR.  Shipments to HI, AK, or PR are available through UPS 2nd Day Air only.

If your order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please REFUSE IT and email us at toytrainfactory@hotmail.com with the subject heading "REFUSED DAMAGED" and include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject field.  We will initiate a claim with the shipping company and keep you informed during the claim process.  Allowing for claim processing time, the shipment will occur within 14 business days of initial contact on this matter.  The customer must inspect all shipments carefully upon arrival and before signing the release from the shipper.  Once signed for, a shipment is considered inspected and approved by the customer.
